The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has simplified the requirements for online filing step by step. With effect from July 1, 2019, the official fees for e-filing of certain trademark business has been reduced, according to the relevant regulations of the State.
-- The official fees of some services have been reduced by 10% for e-filing as listed below:

9 Recordal of trademark license contract RMB135

15 Withdrawal of trademark license recordal
The office is promoting online filings and has rolled out incentive policies including administrative service fee favors.
