From September 19th to 22nd, 2023 (local time), the 37th annual meeting of the European Association of Trademark Owners (MARQUES) was successfully held in Berlin, Germany. This event brought together nearly a thousand industry elites, including government officials, lawyers, trademark attorneys, and representatives from trademark service agencies from around the world to exchange ideas about IP issues and their possible collaboration. The theme of the MARQUES Annual Meeting this year revolves around "The Next Frontier," discussing various cutting-edge topics, including how diversity and cultural environments impact brand authenticity; Piloting Brands; Risk and Rewards for brands in the metaverse; how culture affects brand strategies; steering brands in a time of crisis; new rules for e-commerce and AI, Tik-Tok and influencers.

He also engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as developments in intellectual property law, cutting-edge issues, and practical experiences with international colleagues.
