In order to cope with the revision of the Patent Law, the National Intellectual Property Administration has carried out preparations for the revision of the Implementation Rules of the Patent Law, and has formed a proposal for the revision of the Implementation Rules of the Patent Law ("Draft") and its explanations will be published, people in all circles can submit written opinions on the revision and improvement of the draft for comments before January 11, 2021.
